About the Diana's Hogfish (M)

Diana's hogfish is an active wrasse with a red to orange body and a row of white spots along its back; younger fish are darker with many white spots. This is a medium-size fish. Adults reach about 7 to 10 inches, so plan on a tank of around 100 gallons with rockwork and open swimming room. It is reef safe only with caution, because it eats snails, crabs, shrimp and worms, and it can bully small, timid fish. Feed meaty foods several times a day.
