From our species guide
In plain words: The purple firefish is a slim little fish dressed like a sunset. Its face is purple. Its body is pale yellow or white. Its back fins have stripes of purple, red and orange.
Purple firefish (decorated firefish) share the hovering, fin-flicking behavior of their red cousins with a more refined lavender and purple palette. Keep one per tank unless you have a mated pair, and cover the tank to prevent jumping.
