Fimbriaphyllia paraancora
$55.00
A branching hammer coral from Indonesia, with flowing anchor-tipped tentacles on easy-to-frag heads.
In stock and eating
Branching hammer coral grows separate heads on branching stalks, each covered in thick tentacles with hammer- or anchor-shaped tips that sway in the current. It needs moderate light, indirect flow and stable alkalinity, and benefits from a small meaty feeding once or twice a week. At night it extends sweeper tentacles that sting other corals, so leave about 6 inches of space. This listing is priced per head.
