From our species guide
In plain words: Ricordea florida is a small, round, flat animal. It looks like a mushroom covered in tiny bubbles. Those bubbles are really short, round arms called tentacles. It lives in the warm sea around Florida and in the Caribbean Sea.
Ricordea are covered in little bubble-like tentacles that give them a textured, jewel-like look. They are hardy, accept occasional feeding and may split to form new polyps.
