In plain words: The domino damsel is a black fish with white spots. A young one has three spots. There is one on each side and one on its head. That is why it looks like a domino! As it grows, the black turns gray and the spots get small.

About the Tongan Golden Domino Damsel

This domino damsel comes from Tonga, where dominos carry yellow on the belly fins, giving them a golden look that sets them apart from plain black dominos. Like all dominos it is tough, easy to feed and reef safe, but it grows to about 5 inches and becomes very territorial. Give it a large tank and robust tankmates, and add it last.
