Welcome! We’re the AquaFrenzy team, and we’ve kept freshwater and saltwater tanks for more than 18 years. We built this forum so keepers of every level have a place to ask questions, show off their tanks and learn from each other, and so we can give honest advice to anyone who asks, whether or not you buy from us.
How it works
- Sign in to post. A free account lets you start topics, reply and send in questions for the Question of the Week.
- Your first post is checked. To keep spam out, a person on our team approves your first post or reply. After that, your posts go up straight away.
- General vs. Support. This forum is for anything aquarium-related: tank journals, stocking plans, wins and fails. Need help with a problem in your tank or an order? Use the Support forum so our team sees it first.
- Formatting. Leave a blank line for a new paragraph, start a line with “- ” for a list, and wrap words in two asterisks for bold.
A few simple rules
- Be kind. Everyone started somewhere.
- No selling, ads or links to other stores.
- Keep personal details (addresses, phone numbers, order numbers) out of public posts. For order questions, contact us directly.
- Advice here is from hobbyists and our team, not a vet. If something looks serious, say so in your post and we’ll prioritize it.
